I would give Bound by Honor a go, but read a review which said there was cheating ? That's a no,no for me..even for free ! Unless it happened before the H/h were together, then I would consider it 😊

tangerine - The H does cheat.
*****spoilers******
The H and h have an arranged marriage. On their wedding night, the h stops the H from taking her. It's her first time and she's afraid. She doesn't love the H. The H treats the h good, doesn't force her and tries to win her. He wants his wife to want him. The h begins to soften and fall a bit for the H but the H doesn't realize. He thinks she doesn't want him and will never want him.
It's at this point he cheats, or rather the h discovers he's been cheating. The h walks in on him and actually sees him doing it to OW. It hurts her and she runs away. A short time later the H finds her, they talk and he tells her he didn't know it would hurt her, that he didn't think she would care as this is normal for the mafia lifestyle and their marriage was arranged and not due to love. He promises h he won't cheating again, that OW meant nothing to him and tells her that their marriage starts that day.
Yeah, I also read Cora Reilly's book. I could understand Luca's cheating; in a way, what he said was right; they married for reasons other than love and he truly didn't think she would care ... but they grow really close together
IIRC I think Luca also takes revenge on the family member who sent Aria to the place where she would see him OW
I don't read many mafia romances because I really don't like my heroes involved in the kind of things that mafia thrives on. I've made an exception for Nora Ash's Made & Broken series. These are short, sweet, and dirty tales of damaged alpha males and curvy girls (and guilty pleasures of mine ).

Be sure to read the warnings for the Crime Lord series. (I posted a small review on this forum with trigger warnings.) The H crosses the line a few times towards abuse. He's VERY intense and not for everyone.
Kresley Cole's The Professional Series dabbles in bdsm sex with a scene where people watch the H doing things to the h. They are in another room and behind a glass window at a sex club. If those are things you don't like you should probably avoid.

@samantha K, thank you for the warnings. I like that you gave people a heads up about these because those things arent for everyone. I think I will still give them a shot.

I do try to mention possible triggers but sometimes I forget and then I feel terrible about it. I would never want someone to read a book that I recommended and then have a trigger of theirs unexpectedly be in the book.
