I need an animated character to be made so that I may make it my logo and put it on shirts, etc.

Hello Romance book Lovers, I am looking for someone artistic that can create an animated character of the main character in my book, Mister. I am wanting this character to be used as a logo so that I may put it on shirts, etc. Please get back to me if anyone can create this, or knows someone that can create this.
