Heroine tries to hide injury

Hi all! I’m trying to remember the name of this book where the hero and heroine are trying to escape a dangerous situation, both get injured, but the hero is critically injured and the heroine wants the rescue crew to focus on him so she keeps quiet about the fact that she is injured as well. I’m pretty sure the genre is military romance (possibly a Susan Stoker?). I think they are rescued by helicopter. Later when they get to whatever facility they are staying at her injuries are revealed and tended too. I think his team members go on about how selfless she is. Any ideas? Thank you!
