The worst of the awful book covers!!!!

As I always say, I always need more books to read lol! Time is the problem . Hope it goes on sale or free soon.

And my husband said I should have also mentioned, that even though the world building, I should mention there's kidnapping (someone dear to the heroine), the hero helps the heroine but she's pretty badass on her own too, there's a enemies to lovers trope (nemesis in my opinion), they needed to communicate better but it didn't detract from the overall story and world the author wanted to tell and is creating. For a first book it's pretty decent, and you see the future potential stories the author will be able to write. My only issue with the characters was their moments of woe is me, but hey we all have those moments in life, as long as their not our driving force it's all good.

Our next next read is The Wicked Witch of Kriegspiel by S.L. Prater. The Wizard of Oz is also on our reading list, but... I don't want to read it, lol!

It's funny because I saw it and I said I'm getting it! (I will be reading it with my husband sometime this month) She reminds me of the newer versions of Bride of Frankenstein and one of the Bratz dolls lookalike (Monster High).
