Kim Fielding has a book out tomorrow I'm looking forward to: The Little Library
I really liked Rattlesnake so I will probably get this tomorrow when it comes out. Or I'm debating whether to wait a couple of weeks to see if the price drops -- I hate that we have to even think about that but I guess the author doesn't want to lose any momentum.
That looks so good. We have those little libraries in our town. Ours have non-perishable food in them too. That is so cool.

I like books about readers and that one's on my list, but I'll wait a little more until more reviews come in. It seems a bit mediocre from what I read about it.
I don’t think the price will drop. I have mixed feelings on this one cuz it benefited from Riptide’s marketing and editing but she cancelled her contract with them so it’s now a self published. I did preorder it so I’ll be pretty upset if she does a price drop too quickly.
Murder Takes the High Road is still listed at April 23rd for Amazon. Other sites have it at the 24th. I was considering this one pretty much a guarantee cuz it’s from Carina but we’ll see.
Magician Murders is still at April 9th, twice delayed from the “come hell or high water” date of March 27th. Again, we’ll see but I doubt it.
And, not surprisingly, the 4th Holmes & Moriarity has been pushed back from April 30th to May 30th. (Maybe she thought she could keep the 30th the same and no one would notice the month?) I don’t see that happening either.
Aaaand, since these have been pushed back, I don’t see her getting to the 5th Dangerous Ground novella. It was originally scheduled for August ‘17, delayed several times and tentatively settled for a May release. I’m not going out on a limb to say I don’t think that’ll happen.
She keeps saying she wants to “under promise and over produce” but does just the opposite. It’s a train wreck I can’t help but follow but she is doing irreparable harm to her brand, for me. Considering that her quality has also gone down, it’s not a game she should be playing.
I think I have a Lisa Oliver overdose.. been reading her books for the past few weeks and now, I cannot appreciate A Tiger's Tale. The plot is irritating the hell out of me.
Any recs for paranormal MM? This seems to be my jam this month.
