I am participating in a 2018 Reading Challenge on another board, and one of the items is "read a trilogy". So I'm looking for suggestions of trilogies you loved. Naturally, I'm expecting romance trilogy suggestions, but if you have suggestions from other genres, that's fine, too.
Thanks in advance!
You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me.
Tealady, I don't know that I know any books you've not read, but have you read all of Nora Roberts' trilogies? There's the Born set, Daring set, Gallaghers set, Chesapeake started as a trilogy but she later added the 4th brother's story so may not count. There are a lot more than these including in her Silhouette books. Hope this helps a bit!

Nora Roberts has several of those: Three Sisters Island, Gallaghers of Ardmore, Guardians, Dream Trilogy, Born in Fire, Ice, Shame, Inn Boonsboro Trilogy, In the Garden Trilogy, Key Trilogy, and I'm sure I've missed some.

Cindylouwho, definitely a case of great minds think alike!
Forgot about Nora Roberts. I liked the Inn Boonesboro trilogy a lot, though I'm not so fond of the ParaNoras. I'll have to see what the library has. The only set on Mt. TBR right now is a quartet.
I LOVED Mistborn, Jackie Y., alas, I finished it in 2017.
Keep the suggestions coming. I actually found a trilogy on Mt. TBR that I'd forgotten about (Denise Domning's Servant of the Crown) that I could use, but that never stopped me from buying more books.

I'm only suggesting trilogies where the overarching storyline is strong. I.E. it matters that you read them as a set.
Sabrina Jeffries - The Royal Brotherhood - three illegitimate sons of the Prince Regent get together to help each other Amanda Quick - Arcane Society Looking Glass Trilogy - pnr, past-present-future set Amanda Quick - Arcane Society Burning Lamp Trilogy - pnr, past-present-future set Grace Burrowes - The Duke's Obsession - the first set of Windham books Emma Wildes - Notorious Bachelors - she has several trilogies, I'm just picking the one I have read recently Jennifer Ashley - Regency Pirates - not as good as the MacKenzies, but sill very good
I second these suggestions from Josie) Maya Banks - Highlanders - (also known as the McCabe's) Celeste Bradley - Runaway Brides Celeste Bradley - Heiress Brides
I am annoyed--I typed a post of suggestions and it disappeared. Here goes, for the second time.
Elizabeth Heiter has two trilogies in the Harlequin Intrigue line. I have read both and enjoyed them very much.
The first is The Lawmen. The heroine of the first book (Disarming Detective) is friends with the heroine of the third book. The hero of the second book (Seduced by the Sniper) and the heroine of the third book (SWAT Secret Admirer) are siblings. The characters show up in each others' books, but they are all individual stories.
The second trilogy is The Lawmen: Bullets and Brawn. The heroes of the three books are foster brothers who became really close; when the oldest one (the hero of the second book, Police Protector) aged out of the foster system, he worked hard to buy a house where he and his brothers could live together after the younger two also aged out. I really liked the strong bond among the brothers.

Oooh. The Lawmen look intriguing . . .

Both trilogies were really good, tealadytoo. Heiter is now up there with Julie Miller and Marie Ferrarella as must-read romantic suspense authors.

Oooh. The first Lawman, "Disarming Detective" is in A Harlequin bundle for $1.99. (Vs. $3.49 for the book on its own.) And there's a Cynthia Eden in there too. This warrants a "click".
Contemporary/Suspense with some supernatural Love me With Lies (people either love it or hate it, one story told through different points of views of the characters in three different books)
