Heroine commits rape or forced seduction of the hero

In Scandal's Bride (by Stephanie Laurens) the h drugs the H and "takes his seed" since all she wants of him is a child.

In the Duke and I bu Julia Quinn, the heroine forcefully takes hers husband’s “seed” from him during sex after he lies to her than he isn’t capable of reproducing(instead he just pulls out before he ejaculates).
The hero is so shocked and angry that he pushes her off before she orgasms.

Man I loved that. Just loved it lol. The angst!
Why can’t authors write more imperfect people like this!!

Jo Beverley Forbidden The h is very sweet, and regrets her actions. The H did not consent and feels a great shame and emotions of having been raped by the h. It is quite a good take on dubious consent and I really like it.
