Was there a series a while back about sisters running their deceased fathers detective agency out of an old house. I want to say there were three sisters and they each had a different gift.

Series is Contemporary. I'm checking the Kate Allenton books out, but don't think they are the ones I'm looking for. They look good though.
What I remember: Three psychic sisters running an agency out of their home or at least a big house that belonged to their parents. The agency was originally their parents. I want to say there is a winding road leading to the house. In the book I read, the sister is good at what she does, but messy. Her office is piled up. When hero comes to talk with her, she has to clear off a chair. Books are mystery/romance. There might actually be a guy who lives in, that watches the house and they live elsewhere. Read within the last twelve months, obviously forgot to mark it in Goodreads.

The Linked Inc. books by Kate Allenton is not the series I'm looking for, but are really good. They are also KU. I started with the second one as it was a psychic and a sceptical fbi guy and came closest to sounding like my book. Even though it wasn't it was a combination of good, angsty, light intrigue and sweet. Looking forward to reading the rest.
Now if someone can just point me towards the original book I'm looking for.

Bump. Still looking. Want to say the book starts with her driving up to the large old house their agency is in. She is late for their regular meeting ... again. Want to say they have a guy who lives in the house as a caretaker of sorts.

I can't help but wonder if you mean Ilona Andrews' Hidden legacy series. There are 3 sisters with different gifts (the oldest always knows when people lie). They live in a giant converted warehouse with their mother, grandmother and cousins. The PI agency belonged to their dead father and the oldest sister runs it now. I absolutely love this series

No, unfortunately is wasn't Ilona Andrews' Hidden legacy series. In the one I'm looking for both parents are dead. I want to say the building they work out of is their parents old home. I also want to say they have a guy who lives there and acts as caregiver/housesitter when they aren't there. It's definitely three sisters. In the one I read, I believe the Hero was either with the police, etc or a writer. I think they had only conversed over the phone, not in person.
On a brighter note I now have a new series added to my tbr mountain.

The description of the series reminds me of the "Wildfire" series by Christy Reece (writing as Ella Grace). Unfortunately I don't remember any of the sisters being psychic.

It's not this series either although I've added it to my pile. The sisters have gifts in the one I'm looking for. I want to say it opens with her pulling up to the house, thinking she is running late as usual for their scheduled meeting.

Still looking for this one. Trying to remember more. Three sisters, parents are dead, different gifts, detective or investigation, old home as business address, guy lives there as caretaker, not sure if any of the girls do, they hold their monthly meetings in the kitchen, and I want to say that at sometime there is an ambush attempt outside their back door. Pretty sure it mentions a winding road leading to the house.

Thank you, but that's not it either. Although it looks like a fun read and is ku. I put it in my ku lineup to read. Recently read Psychic Charm from one of the series listed above. It was a really enjoyable read.
In the one I'm looking for they are definitely sisters and there are only three of them. Not sure if they advertise their gifts or not.
