England 1818. DNF @ 60% mark. Gave 2 of 5 stars.
Featured David (a new earl) & Fanny (dtr of a cabinetmaker). Fanny lived w/ her sister who married a duke.
The H +h kissed soon after meeting. Fanny, a virgin, acted too bold about kisses and sexual innuendo. Did
she read Cosmo? LOL!
David acted too wishy-washy choosing between Fanny, who he loved, & Arabella, who his late sire chose for him.
Fanny learned about Arabella on her own. David's friend/ secretary, Graham, would have made a better hero.
Not my cup of tea.
