I need help finding a western. A young lady was raised by a woman running a boarding house. The boyfriend of the landlady developed an interest in her resulting in her being kicked out, in the middle of the night, while in her nightgown. She is walking through the small town when she comes across the bank being robbed. The landlady convinces everyone that the young woman was involved in the robbery and they all turn against her. I first read this book 20 to 30 years ago (I think).
She goes on the run and she meets the hero who takes her back to his family ranch. The heroes mother is a bit of a bitch and the younger sister mimics her behaviour (that might be from another book). The heroine takes off with a couple of bumbling cowboys/outlaws who end up saving her life.
