SOLVED Heroine lamed because of car accident caused by H (her boyfriend's brother)

Hi.I have this book, I know, but can't find it the virtual mountain of ebooks. It's a contemporary romance. The h is visiting her boyfriend's family (or maybe just a friend). His brother, the H, thinks she's a fortune hunter and there's a better girl lined up for the brother in any case (I'm a little vague about these details). He romances her (?) and takes her on a drive where he tells her how unsuitable she is. I think she jumps out of the car at this point. Anyway, fast forward a few years and he finds her. She's lame, in dire straits but won't accept his help. Ends in a HEA, of course.
