i should loathe this book. While reading it, I should have wanted to throw my iPad across the room. Why, you may ask? Because it contains almost every theme I dislike.

i didn't hate this book though. As a matter of fact, even though there were many times when my stomach was twisted into knots, I very much liked this book. Let me tell you why.
There was never a shred of doubt in my mind that the H,Stone, recognized that he messed up and was sorry for it. One of the one star reviewers on GR wrote that the H blamed everyone else for his mistakes. I absolutely do not agree with this. From the thoughts in his head, what he says and through his actions, his accountability, remorse and regret are evident.
Another factor in my enjoyment is that it was clear that the H was all about the h. She was the most important thing in his life and that was made abundantly clear. He was not with another woman after the h left him. He was amazingly persistent and had some lovely j/p moments for those of you that like a j/p hero. I was completely convinced from the beginning that Stone loved Willow.
This wasn't a perfect novel. For those of you who dislike the H and h not being together, be warned. For the 30% to 35% they aren't even in the same location and they aren't together until the very end of the book. This story is mainly about the H trying to win back the h. Also, the OM was a really nice guy so yeah, that was no bueno. There was also some melodramatic cheesiness with the dialogue but it's a romance so not a complete shocker.
i don't know why I read this book but I'm glad that I did!
