First of all, sorry if my English is not always correct, but it is not my first language (I am French ).
So, I read some of her contempory romance about a very large family, the Cocker brothers series. Each book is about a brother, or the sons of the brothers. I didn't read them in order, and that was not a problem, but I think it may have been better.
The series is good (if it was not, I wouldn't have read them one after the other), the writtin style is funny, smart, the repartee are quick, sarcastic, the sex scenes are steamy... but I have a HUGE PROBLEM with this author: she is totally careless with pregnancy and STD and that is unforgettable in our time. Her heroes don't use any protection, and not in the "oops! I forgot to put a condom on in the heat of the moment" way, but in a "I don't care about my sexual partner" kind of way.
For powerful men who are sought after by all the mamas and their daughters and don't want to be trap in mariage, they never think to ask their partners if they are on the pill! Or even if they are clean!
I almost stopped reading her stories after the first one where the heroe has a sexual relation with a woman at the office without protection, then, does the same thing with the heroine! It's hard to see those men as heroes when they don't use basic means to protect and respect women.
So, if you can overlook this huge fault, it's a good series. Those are the books I read:
Cocky Genius: Ethan Cocker (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta Book 9)
Funny if a bit predictable, the first one I read.
Cocky Rockstar: Gabriel Cocker (Cocker Brothers, The Cocky Series Book 10)
well, for this one, I didn't know all the cousins in the family, so I think it's better to read in order. This one was really good.
Cocky Roomie: (A Stand Alone Novel) : Bad Boy Romance (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta Book 1)
Funny, older heroine.
Cocky Biker: Jett Cocker (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta Book 2)
the most "dark" of the series. In this one, the H don't use protection at first, then he has a sudden awareness futher to an event in the story that made him wonder if they should use protection . Good story.
Cocky Cowboy: A Second Chance Romance (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta Book 3)
I loved the heroe! There are revelations in this one that are needed for the rest of the series.
Cocky Senator: A Bad Boy Romance (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta Book 5)
two good heroes.
Cocky Soldier: Jeremy Cocker (Cocker Brothers of Atlanta Book 6)
another good book, but I pause here in my reading of this series.

In this one, the h is pregnant, she bleed and think that she has a miscarriage, but she doesn't go to see a doctor to confirm it, or to see if she has no problems afterward? Noooo... it was disturbing and a little bit careless in my opinion.
