I am looking for an old book that I read maybe 15 years ago.
H is raising his daughter alone as his wife died at birth. The daughter has some health issues, I think.
He meets the h. She has a daughter that died at birth. The h is an artist and her father was a painter, IIRC.
Eventually they figure out that their daughters were switched at birth, and the h's dad had painted a picture of her as a preteen and she looked exactly like H's daughter.
The heroine and her biological daughter had a very particular eye color, an unusual shade of green.
The rest is kinda fuzzy. Hope this is enough for someone to figure it out!
