[SOLVED] Looking for a medieval romance I read once

So on Sunday, I remembered the plot of a story I really enjoyed, and decided that when I had Internet again I'd ask here about it. Yesterday, I was sitting with the Create Thread thing open and realised that the actual plot had also escaped from my brain. I suddenly remembered it again just now and decided to ask before I forgot again.
The story I'm looking for is a Medieval historical romance. The hero had a wife/mother (can't remember which) die in childbirth, so when he marries the heroine (can't remember why, but I think the King ordered him to) he decides that they will never have children, and makes her use sponges to prevent pregnancy (sponges sound gross, all hail modern preventatives!). His fears are quite reasonable because the heroine is SUPER TINY and he is a big tall manly man (mmm, my favourite) so he's afraid that if he knocks her up she'll die in childbirth and he doesn't want that to happen.
The heroine, on the other hand, is the very image of her mother, who is basically Molly Weasley and popped out seven or eight massive sons and a daughter (I believe her name is Isla or something. Almost certain that it starts with an I). She also has massive breasts which she binds because she's ashamed of looking like a cow (this seems to be a frequent occurence, I've read two Catherine Coulters in the past week with a similar plot device). Anyway, to prove that she won't die, she stops using the sponges and gets knocked up and the hero is...something, can't remember but it's not good.
If anyone could help me find the name, I'd be ever so grateful
EDIT: Google says it's Highland Wedding by Hannah Howell, will report back whether Google is correct or no, but it sounds accurate.
