Please help finding a (potentially) PNR

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find the name of a book I read a preview of (it also featured at least one PNR preview, so it may also have been PNR). Unfortunately it was a long time ago, so my recollection of it is pretty fuzzy.
There's a prince (or maybe king), and every year a woman from the village is chosen to sleep with/date/something him.
The women come back afterward, traumatised, and he gets called a demon prince (or king).
The h is chosen to spend time with the prince, and is really scared. Eventually he finds out why, and it turns out it was his uncle (I think) abusing the women. I'm also pretty sure there was a scene of them in a limo (possibly discussing what had become of the women from years before).
