The book(s) is/are Harlequin(s).
I can remember two scenes and I think they are part of the same book but maybe not.
First scene - h is pregnant by the H but he doesn't know. A woman, seems like she is the h's business partner, tells the h that the H will be moving his business to the town where the h lives. The h panics because she knows when the H sees she is pregnant, he will know the baby is his.

Second scene - the pregnant h moves away from her home into a cottage/small house to be close to her friend or family and it happens the h's new cottage/small house is close to some people the H knows. Can't remember how the H knows the people, if they are family members or just close friends.
