Its a contemporary romance. I read it last year but it could be published before that.
The heroine is a super model and is rumored in an affair with someone who is actually her secret step brother. The step brother is actually in a relationship with another model who is jealous of the heroine and wants the hero who is her cousin to seduce the heroine and take her away from her boyfriend. The secret step brother is a publisher (I think) who is planning to post the latest jewelry collection designed by the hero for success. The hero in the end tells the heroine that he had already given the contract to his cousin.
