I read a book in which the hero tied the heroine's hands with a silk scarf before they started making love and I found it VERY HOT! It was a Harlequin Present by Sandra Marton I think. I cannot remember the title.
Anyway, I would like you to suggest more romance novels featuring LIGHT bondage like that, where either the heroine or hero is tied up (with silk scarf or a tie) while the other one has her/his way with him/her.
I prefer historical romance, but feel free to suggest contemporary and paranormal romances as well.
P.S. Please, I don't want anything extreme, no manages, no same sex stories and no humiliation.
I'm going to search my books for this. I don't read historicals very often anymore so I won't have many historicals to suggest. (I used to read historicals all the time though in the 90's.) Are you ok with other genres? Are there genres you don't want recs from besides bdsm? How are you with spanking? What about if the H spanks with a belt because the h put her life in danger (so she deserved it given the parameters of the book).
I don't read much light BDSM, but I think this recent one I read would be a good fit: Bound to Submit. I loved it, and it was sweeter and much lighter than my normal reads. The H is into Shibari.

I had no idea what that was and had to look it up - lol.
"Shibari, more correctly known as Kinbaku is an ancient Japanese artistic form of rope bondage that has many styles and uses."

I can think of two.
In Mastered by Love - Bastion Club Book 8 by Stephanie Laurens, the h asks the H to allow her to "take control" in the bedroom. She ties his hands. This one of my very favorite books. It stands alone very well, but I'm actually reading the series that leads up to it right now. I love the buildup about this H in the books that precede it. I reread this book about once a year.
In Wicked Intentions - Maiden Lane book 1 by Elizabeth Hoyt, the H is adverse to touch. He ties the h's hands so she can't touch him. I'm pretty sure that towards the end of the book she ties his hands. This is another regular reread for me.

In The Edge of Desire - Bastion Club book 7 by Stephanie Laurens, the H ties the h's hands to the bedpost while she's standing. It's a show of dominance and a request for trust.

In Two Sinful Secrets (by Laurel McKee) the H and h take turns. First the h ties the H hands to the bedposts because he's been injured and is having nightmares. When he wakes, however, the binding is used for something else. Later in the story he H turns the tables and ties the h's hands and legs.
