(SOLVED) Help finding a book, Please!

Today I was looking through books on Goodreads. I selected a book and started to read the first few chapters and I really want to continue to read it. Somehow I got logged out of the book when I grabbed my kindle to buy it. Dang the bad luck! I know that this is probably a long shot but I'm hoping someone will know the name of the book. I will try to summarize the few chapters I read.
The book starts out with the heroine as a little girl and she gets into a fight with a boy she beat at horse. She get's into a fight with the boy because he pushes her. Her father gets called to speak to the principal and she tells him she didn't get to beat him up good, because Evan (can't remember the last name) did it for her. Her dad invites Evan to go fishing with them. She is a tomboy and isn't happy he is going. She teases him about being able to bait his own hook. They become friends and he lives 3 houses down. She plays softball and he is a football player. She doesn't date, but all the guys seem to like her. Evan likes her too, but she doesn't see it. Her father is a cop and her mother isn't in the picture. She goes to a bonfire with her friend, one of the first parties she has been to. Evan invites her to go fishing that day and she tells him she can't go, because she is going to the bonfire and Evan tells her he's driving. Her friend comes over and makes her up to go to the party. When they get to the party Evan is acting weird and they go off to talk together. He basically tells her she is every guys dream girl. This is where I stopped reading. I have spent the last few hours looking without success for this dang book.
