The heroine is a widow. She was married to a Dutch businessman. He was paralyzed so she did most of the running of the business. When he died she returned to Britain.
Hero was raised in Arab country (I think he was captive or slave). Because of the way he was raised he is a virgin.
Heroine is trying to get to her brother who is in danger from wicked stepmother. I think his leg is broken. She wants to kill heroine so boy will inherit her share, then kill the boy (or something). (She overheard stepmom and lover talking, planning to kill her, and managed to escape).
I went through blurbs of all the books listed on "Virgin hero of Historical Romance", "Historical Romance: Both Virgins" and "Widow Heroines in Historical Romance" lists on GR. No luck. Bummer.
