(Solved) Does anyone remember this book?

In this book the married couple grew up together and the H picked on the h.  I remember the h worked at a movie theater as a teen and the H was a popular joke.  They end up married with kids and she is insecure and has a weight problem.  There is a high school reunion and H is caught kissing the popular girl while she hides in the bathroom.  It was a recommendation on Amazon.  I hope someone can help.
