I had to laugh earlier; I rarely watch Rachel Ray, but I wasn't ready to move & she started talking about Spring Cleaning (are there ways to make this easier, please???) One gal showed us this little ball that has a machine inside that keeps it moving for about 15 minutes, has a fleece wrapper, and is being billed as 2 things; cat toy & dust bunny collector. I had a mental image of it rolling along covered with the dust rabbits from under my furniture & thought...Dust Bunny!! But I know it's not going to have the personality of true dust bunnies. Ah well, so it goes!
I checked this out, my only reaction was to look at our two boys (two year old pug, and 13 week old shih tzu) and laugh, no way would it work, too good to be true. The older one would push it aside after five minutes and the younger one will destroy it and eat most of it.

That is just so weird. Besides, my cats cough up enough furballs as it is. I'm not going to have them coughing up dust bunny balls too! (oh, that didn't quite come out right, did it)
Well hey I hate dusting under the couches so it's worth a try!
I know what you mean, omnivore! I don't do so well at getting in under the far corners of the dressers! However, if it stalls while under that back corner of the dresser, I'm not sure how I'd get to it to restart it. On Rachel Ray they talked about it running 15 min., can restart it with a nudge of the foot. Maybe I could reach it with the dustmop...if I could reach back there with the dustmop, I wouldn't need the gadget! I think I'll go back to that little kit for a stitched saying I found a while back: the dust bunnies killed my cleaning fairy!!!
