Found the novel's name -- The Dark Side of Desire by Michelle Reid

I don't remember the book's name Or characters. But I know the story goes like ::
Heroine was 16 something daughter of the housekeeper of a big estate and Hero was the son of estate's owner. H/h are childhood friend eventually fall in love and do the deed. The hero has to go to overseas(probably America) for studies. Evil OW intercepts heroine's letter to the Hero when the heroine finds out she was pregnant and labels her tramp in front of H's father and h's own mother. Heroine thinks hero used her and she leaves the estate.
Now, it's been some years (9 or 10) and heroine is a fashion designer of her own brand named Salamander (after her beloved black horse from the estate) in London. She reads a newspaper ad that her mother is sick and wants her to visit if she can see the ad. She visit the home city. Lots of MU between H/h but he is not a jerk although bitter and so is she. H/h attraction still strong, he knows nothing about his own son, evil woman is still there as a family friend and hero thought heroine ran away (i don't remember clearly but) cos she fell in love with someone else while he was in uni. He loved heroine all this time and was faithful. Eventually he finds out about his son, asks her to marry, evil woman is kicked and happily ever after.
