Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing good!
Okay, so I am looking for a book where the heroine finds out she's pregnant and she calls her hero and tells him the news...and from his end there's no response, like he hung up.
She tries calling again and I believe it either goes to voicemail or there's nothing on his end, she waits for some sort of response and when she gets none she decides to keep the baby and forget the man.
Turns out it was all one big misunderstanding. (Or at least I believe it was)
On the hero's end it was either he lost signal, or the cellphone fell and broke where he was at, and even though he was stunned and he was silent he was going to make things work with the heroine because he does love her.
Once he is able to reach her, he is ignored by heroine and he pretty much has to beg one of her friends to plead his case to the heroine who does hear him out in the end but says he's going to work hard to earn her trust if he wants to be in the baby's life but not hers.
In the time he was gone she has bought a house which is in need of fixing and he's there to help.
I think the hero was a doctor, but I can't remember what the heroine does for a living.
I know for sure I own this book, the problem is that I can't remember the title or author or if I own the e-book or physical copy...(seriously bugging me, I know I was excited to read it but for some reason that was work related I had to set it aside and then I went on a Lauren Layne kick...)
Please if anyone can help me out with the name and title I would be really thankful!
