High Plains Cyborg - Honey Phillips was a short / sweet romance. Cyborgs are humans that have more cybernetics than biologic organs. They've terra formed Mars and now the planet is ready for humans to continue the process. Jo is a homesteader that's been abandoned by her friend and partner. That's OK though, she's caught the eye of one of the cyborgs who police the colonists. Clint, now known as C-487 has forgotten human feelings until he sees Jo and realizes he still has a heart. He helps Jo set up her homestead and they become close. I thought it was a good start to a new series. I like cyborg books so I'll read the first full length book The Good, the Bad, and the Cyborg - Honey Phillips when it's released in January.
