I liked the concept of Bad Saint, but I feel it has much more potential. There were a lot of eye rolling moments for me, on both Willow and Saint's part.
Willow had a wonderful home life until her father passes away. Her mom spiraled and Willow's main job as a teenager was to stay away from her mom's new significant other. Needless to say it wasn't a good place to be and she runs away. She become a runway model and meets a rich man who marries her, but on her honeymoon she's kidnapped. Her husband had sold her to pay off a debt to a Russian mobster.
Saint, along with 2 other guys are the kidnappers. Willow is feisty and not easy to control or "train". She causes Saint issues at every turn. I really wasn't impressed with Willow's character...she had way too many TSTL moments. Like saving a chicken in the middle of a terrible storm on an island. Does one really risk one's life over a chicken...sigh. Liked Saint, more. I thought both H/h were a bit too two dimensional.
Thank you for the review, I was told I would love this book by a co-worker, but reading your review has convinced me otherwise. But then again dark romances for me are rarely satisfying.

I've read darker, I've read bad boy MC stories that were darker. For me it was Willow's many TSTL moments that dropped the ratings. Now, there are those that have given it 4's and 5's, and that's what's great about reviews. Readers are a diverse group of people and we all like different things.
