Husband tells wife that he doesn't love her anymore before she has to go to war

Hi! I can't seem to find the title for this book, where the husband is a lawyer or something, and he tells his wife he doesn't love her anymore. Then, her regiment gets called (she's a Black Hawk pilot). There's a bunch of angst during their separation, and eventually she gets shot down and loses a limb. Then, together they deal with her PTSD, the loss of her friend, and her disability. They also have two little kids. I think it was titled something like "Coming Home" or something similar. Help me out?
