A second chance romance where the heroine's bar burned down

I'd like help finding the name of this book.  The hero and heroine had a relationship in  college.  He was rich; she wasn't, and she got into a confrontation with a girl who wanted to be his girlfriend.  Heroine got arrested.  The charges were dropped, but she disappeared.  She went to work at a bar owned by her Uncle Jack.

Fast forward and Hero's sister is working at the heroine's bar.  Through her machinations, the hero and heroine meet up again.  The heroine wants nothing to do with the hero, but her bar burns down.  Since she has no place to stay, she stays with hero's family until the insurance money comes through.  The girl who got her arrested in college is still around causing trouble.

I can pretty much recount the entire story but I can't remember the title or the author.  Can you help me?
