Longtime lurker; hi there 
I’m looking for a HR or series of HR books that use the ‘marriage mart’ premise, but there’s a twist. It might be an auction? The men have to pick, I think.
One of the h’s has a very bad stutter or is very shy. The H is arrogant at first and then delighted by her.
It doesn’t appear to be Julia Quinn or Lisa Kleypass as I had thought.
does anyone remember this book? I’ve looked everywhere. Many many thanks.
