A fun read (perhaps five to ten minutes) by Jo Goodman. She is an author of historical and contemporary romances. This is entertaining whether or not you like plastic flamingos.
Hear ye, Hear Ye....Jeff Bezos former CEO of Amazon and owner of the washington post ( a local paper where I live-good gossip rag) will be on the Neal Cavuto hour @4pm ET on Fox News. Should be interesting.
Here comes the sun even though I love that rainy day feeling!
Tomorrow AM about 9:00, I think they were saying on the news this morning! I love the info about 2 of his passengers; one a woman who was part of the Space program back in the 60's--totally women crew--but they shut it down before the gals got to go up. Typical! And the other a teenager who was given the spot by someone who bid millions for the trip & then had a scheduling problem! That one alone boggles the mind! Rearrange the schedule!
Banana Boat imagine having that much money and not knowing what to do with it, instead of I don't know, donating to a particular cause or creating a new work force you can spend it on a trip to space and enjoy 20 minutes (max) of the unknown.
kc don't try to make this logical for anyone of them, please being all logical about schedules and planning, LOL, space waits for no one, lol. I wish I could have been anywhere near those meetings, just for my own entertainment.

30 INCREDIBLE STORIES BEHIND ENGLISH IDIOMS AND PHRASES YOU USE EVERY DAY
Thank you, Thank you. I love the meanings of phrases and words and will put a side time to read.
I am always astounded when watching movies from the late 1920s and 30s the idioms that are spoken today along with how many versions of many old movies still remade today. Check them out on TCM.
