Solved! Seen on FB ad - h is pregnant - a youngish child tries to pee on a stick like she did

I saw this add over the summer or possibly fall and I cant find the book.    The blurb is different than the exerpt that was in the add.  There is a child who goes to the H? the child is trying to get either a line or a plus sign on a pg test just like the h did.   the h might be the nanny?     I searched fb ads but couldnt find it.   Thanks
