Right. FMC and MMC are married. He is the CEO of a cosmetics company (or maybe a clothing company). She is the face of the company. He wants a divorce. Also, they are not renewing her contract to be the face of the company.
He's not in love with anyone else, but AIR he sort of set a time limit for some stupid reason.
Anyway.
FMC gets a role in a movie. MMC is pissed (cause jealousy), threatens to sue her (her contract with his company has a morality clause). She does the movie anyway, gets close to her co-star (I think his name is Diego). He wants to sleep with her but she's not over her husband.
She turns up pregnant. He doesn't want the divorce anymore.
At one point, they are having lunch with the evil MIL. He's late, so it's just her and her. The MIL wants her to hand over the baby and disappear, the she says what would happen to the baby if anything were to happen to you? FMC calls her out on the threat, MMC walks in, tells the MIL to get lost.

I thought it was by Nadia Lee but I can't find any of her books that match the description. So maybe it's Nadia Lee-adjacent?
