zubee - Oh my goodness! I used to read Jacqueline Baird, Penny Jordan and Emma Darcy. They weren't 100% auto-buys for me but I enjoyed their books. I also enjoyed some Charlotte Lamb and Sharon Kendrick.
Does anyone here know what became of Harlequin Presents author India Grey? She wrote several HPs back around 2010 and 2011, I think, then just disappeared. I really liked a few of her books and was disappointed when she vanished from the HP line up of authors.

To the promises-but-doesn't-deliver list you can add the elusive Lisa Valdez, author of Passion . I don't think that "quartet" will ever get past book 2.
I don’t think that she’ll ever publish Primrose but if she does, I’ll be jumping on that in a heart beat. While I’m super pissed that she makes us wait forever for that book, I still cannot not read it. Love the first two, I just hope she gets Primrose out before I’m 6 feet under.
In Bed with a Stranger , Jan-2012 , Harlequin Presents - 3039
I can't tell, though, if they're reprints of older books.
Flipoid, thanks for the info. It would seem that India Grey pretty much dropped out of sight after 2012. That's too bad. I thought she was a promising addition to the HP line up of authors.

Was that one of the ones the Smart Bitches website did the fabulous & infamous review of? I can remember one for "Pregnesia" and I'm sure there was another one about a virgin stable girl.
Oh yeah - it is!!! Here 'tis The Playboy Sheikh’s Virgin Stable Girl (review), if you wanna laugh, you really should click and read - it's absolutely priceless (and just because it's even funnier, click on the link at the top of the review for the one of "Pregnesia". Total, absolute, classic).

Neeta,
yes, that's the one! I couldn't believe the title .... I read the review on 'Stable-Girl but thanks for te link; I just re-read and laughed about it and ...
Holy-snapping-duckspit how'd I miss that one ! Brilliant (and I wisely remembered to put aside my coffee till after reading the review - learned my lesson there the hard way). Whoever wrote these reviews should write books - I'd pay to read 'em.
Still giggling here. That review of Diana Palmer's Iron Cowboy was nothing short of brilliant. Way back in the day, I used to read just about every book DP ever wrote. I can still enjoy most of them, as long as I remember that logic is practically nonexistent in DP's little universe, aka Jacobsville, TX. Hmmm... Now that I've thought about it, I think Jacobsville may have served as the setting for at least one episode of the Twilight Zone.

I was the same way, read all of her books. One of my favorites was Paper Rose - Diana Palmer. But that's been many, many years ago. Twilight Zone, that's a good one. 🎃
I was reading it and laughing to myself when my colleague came to tell me she was leaving for lunch; saw me laughing to myself, shook her head and left; probably thinks I have finally gone mad
I think we need to create a Diana Palmer thread and 'discuss' her books here ...
