Looking for Carole Mortimer Christmas book/novella

Thank you! That's it. I was wrong. It's the other one I'm looking for. The angels in that one are 
not visible nor take on human form. The H gets left with a baby and he gets the h to help him

The one I'm thinking about has a H who is a photographer. His son's girlfriend leaves their baby at his apartment door.
The H gets the h who doesn't like the H involved with caring for the baby who she thinks is his. The angels are watching and 
trying to help the h rediscover the joy of Christmas.
I don't think I've read the book you mentioned unless it's a reissue under a different title. I'll look into it. Thankyou,

ETA: so,there is a short story titled A Heavenly Christmas with the same description well enough to know its the one I'm 
looking for. Im confused now. I'm off to work and hopefully figure it out later.
