I am contemplating reading this series but sometimes I see comments that make me think no way. I am not a big fan of triangles and it sounds like this is a permanent one? What is the deal? If she is flip flopping between guys like changing underwear, I know I won't like it. Do the guys involved actually just accept it? Nobody gets angry or jealous?? Is there a reason she won't just pick one or is it a ruled by the uncontrolled vag situation? That would annoy me too. The series is so long it would take some time to read and I am rereading all my Kristen Ashley books because I am bored with everything!

My honest opinion is that if you want a good laugh, and you will, read the books. No, she doesn't flip flop. That I can remember she "sleeps" with Ranger twice and never when she's with Joe. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. She and Joe are on and off, but its hysterical and more on than off. No real anger and no real jealous scenes. At least try the first 2 or 3 books. I put off reading the series for years, and I mean years, for the same reasons you've mentioned. I finally got tired of hearing how funny and good these books were and read the first one. It snow balled from there and I've read all of them. The first 10 or so are the best.
ETA - I wish I could re-discover her all over again.
ETA (again) - Now that I think about it I went to a used book store and bought book one dirt cheap in case I didn't like it. I then went back and bought several others.

I did the same thing! I'll bet I put it off for at least 5 yrs. I wasn't interested in reading about a bounty agent and so on. Finally I caved and bought the 1st one cheap. I was at the SF Airport waiting for a plane and there was a lady sitting facing me laughing herself silly. I had to look to see what she was reading - It was one of the Stephanie Plum books. She had tears running down her face she was laughing so hard. Nothing better than a good old fashion belly laugh.
Diane, I recommend reading the first 13 or so. One of my favorites is when they head for Las Vegas which I think is #13. Been a while! When you meet Ranger, you'll understand her dilemma! It was later volume as that I felt like she was bothered by the sleeping with either of them. I haven't read any since #17. The first time I read #1,I didn't like it. But due to the raves, I tried it again and laughed like a loon!
ETA: meant to say; wasn't bothered by the sleeping with either of them. Yeesh, me & typing on my Kindle. Not good!

I agree with kc. Her dealings with Joe and Ranger are so totally different than in a "regular"romance book. After the 1st 13-15 they start to get a bit silly. To me one of the funniest scenes is Stephanie's grandmother and the funeral home, when it catches on fire.
