(Solved) Heroine works at grocery store, hero has ptsd

i read this in the last 6 months or so.  The heroine worked in a grocery store and would watch the H and rearrange aisles to make it easier on his ptsd, intercept other shoppers so that he would have the aisles to himself. One night she talks to him and he gets upset, so she quits because it’s the only store in town and he can’t handle the bigger stores in the next town over.  She may have been socially awkward or on the autism spectrum, I can’t remember. At one point she sees his truck outside of a bar and goes in and he’s passed out and she drives him home then walks back to her car in the middle of the night.
