(Solved) Can't believe I want to read this again...

Hello!  I need your help with this.   Been driving myself crazy trying to find the title.  The book wasn't all that good but there was a satisfying grovel and I'm in the mood for it.  Here is what I remember:

The main couple was madly in love.  The heroine was helping her best friend's boyfriend find the perfect engagement ring as a surprise.  The heroine did not tell her boyfriend (the Hero) what she was doing though and the H became suspicious and assumed she was cheating.  Fast forward, the H and the female best friend felt betrayed and staged a make-out session that the h and the friend's boyfriend would see.  They did see it, left the party in tears, got into a car together and were promptly in an accident.  The boyfriend was okay but the h was badly hurt, almost died and in a coma for a while. When she woke-up the boyfriend was there and explained what was going on but the h wasn't feeling forgiving.  The H manipulated things so the h was released from the hospital into his care and the groveling started. Eventually, the h forgives him but not the best friend. Which I liked.  I would not have

So, that's it.  Sorry for almost writing a book myself!
