I was hesitant to read anything in this Kindle World as Aurora Rose Reynolds is an author behaving badly to a reviewer in the past.
I did like this book. It is a good addition to the Carpino series.
The issues I had was Avery is in college and started seeing Link but she is very dishonest to her parents and family about it. Didn't really seem to fit a woman in a serious relationship. She was also dishonest to her parents about what she wanted to do for a job. She seemed very immature. Not TSTL though which is a plus.
Link is a really good growly alpha. He should of had a more mature love interest I think. He didn't seem to fit with a 19 or 20 year old.
