Looking around for books and come across this blurb:
Gravity - C.M. Seabrook
There’s only one girl in the world for me. She’s three feet of boundless energy and blonde pigtails. But when Sophie walks into my bar, I know my life is about to change.
Beautiful though damaged, she needs my help. And I can’t say no.
Am I the only one who went Oh, wow! This sounds really different, never read a romance book with a little person heroine. This could be the something unusual I am looking for to get out of a rut. Wait, why does this sound off? Reads again. And again. And ohhhhh... internal forehead slap.
No. The 3 foot tall person is his daughter. Sophie is the heroine. She's not 3 feet tall. CLARITY, PEOPLE, CLARITY!!
I know I am really tired but come on, even at my best it would take more than one skim over the phrasing to clear that up. I feel stupid.

My first thought is why would his 3 ft daughter, Sophie, be walking into his bar. Oh well, maybe I'm more tired than I thought. The whole thing could have been worded a bit better. When reading a book blurb no confusion is needed.
