Favorite Immortals After Dark book (IAD series by Kresley Cole)

I find it really hard to remember which books I've read as Kresley Cole's titles don't always stick in my head!

I really liked "Kiss of the Demon King" and "Dark Skye" best I think. I also liked the one about the ballerina who was a ghost and became a vampire bride, but I don't remember the title of that one at all!

Agreed! I think last time I checked it was another of the Dacians stories that was coming up next (the niece of Lothaire?) and I didn't feel terribly invested.

I would much prefer to get Nucking Futs Nix's story, but it almost feels like that one won't get told now - or do you think she might be saving it for the very last one of the series due to her godlike role at the crisis point - IAD version of Ragnarok - I forget what it's called!

Hmmm... My top 3 reads are these, so they have to be my favorites

Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night- Bowen and Mariketa have an attraction to each other even though he's still under some wrong impressions and misinformation. Plus the suffering he goes through near the end, really got to me.

Dark Needs at Night's Edge- Neomi and Conrad were star-crossed lovers, a blood crazed vampire and a ghost. Finding out his past and how tortured he truly was, was icing on the cake.

Lothaire- Power hungry vampire prince, mortal woman possessed by some evil goddess who manipulates said power hungry vampire. The angst mixed in with the will to survive and the distorted mind of a vampire prince who aims to be king.

But I have a love for A Hunger Like no Other- a man who gathers all of his strengths to escape the hell he is in and goes after his mate, is someone who is willing to sacrifice it all for his mate. Even if it's not the mate you expected.

Pleasure of a Dark Prince- Gareth lets himself get captured and "imprisoned" by his mate.

Demon from the Dark- Malkom is a sweetheart. That's the selling point of this book Malkom.
