5 dogs in your lap; I'm amazed you're even able to pick up a book to consider it! I remember stitching with just 1 cat in my lap, and kept waiting for the day I'd stitch the tail to the back of the frame! Heaven knows I never got all the cat fur out of anything I stitched back then!

Lol! I can just imagine the trouble with the cat hair and stitching! Lol I used to do cross stich years ago and couldn't imagine trying to do it now with the amount of dog hair that I have. Lol Last night I did put them all outside while I went through some books, it was much more peaceful that's for sure.
It looks like our little local ubs is having some trouble today. I hear the store is ok but had a roof fire that didn't make it inside the store. Hopefully that is true. It would be so sad to be trying so hard to hang onto your business (doing videos and online ordering ) only to ha e a fire take you out.

Wow, I hadn't heard about that and it's not in the Bee yet. I guess maybe it could be a good time to happen, since they don't have to close for repairs. They're already closed for the darned Coronavirus! I hope they can get the repair done quickly, as far as I know it's the only ubs we have now.
I follow them on fb and they did say that ordered may take a bit longer to process but itber than that I think they got lucky . You're right though, now would be much easier to get the repairs done.
I've never heard of her either but wow,she must have thought she was so clever and had it all figured out . And now she wants a judge to be concerned for her life and release her to home arrest. She must be narcissistic as well as a murderer.
Not familiar with her name, but maybe she used a different one for her self-publishing? I was just looking at some of the comments; I'll agree she's not the best looking person in the world but good grief, the trolls! Bet they don't look any better, but they're not putting their ugly faces up...if their faces reflect their mental attitudes in life! I agree, she killed someone, so what if she catches the virus & dies...except she's not had that fair trial & found guilty, just accused by someone that has to prove she did it. after that...go get 'er, virus!! She thought she'd done the perfect murder while she'd taken all these life insurance policies out on him? Shoot with that info, she's the first one I'd be thinking killed him! I'd bet there's some mental problems in there, so she'll be put in a mental ward for a while & then released...unless they can try her for the crime once declared "cured" I don't know how that goes anymore!.
BB, thanks for that link. I was checking on an update of her case just a few days ago actually but there wasn’t anything new. These insurance policies finally give motive. The Fox News article says he was killed in his office but I recall reading it was in the kitchen where he taught.
Don't know if her website or maybe it was a blog is still up but she had posted about when they first met and when he proposed to her. They seemed happy once.
She is on Goodreads as Nancy Brophy with eleven ebooks, or so.
